Acknowledging an appraisal

You can acknowledge an appraisal directly from the Appraisals screen, unless the form is configured to require upline approval.
  1. Select Performance > Appraisals.
  2. Select the appraisal form.
  3. Click Acknowledge.
  4. Provide acknowledgment comments.
    Optionally, you can use the formatting buttons to customize the text.
  5. In the Signature section, select the I have read and understood the results of my performance appraisal check box.
  6. In the E-Signature field, specify your first and last name.

    The employee’s e-signature must match the preferred first and last name listed in the Employee Profile.

    Note: The e-signature will automatically display in the PDF generated when you click the Consolidated Appraisal button.
  7. Click Submit.
    The appraisal is now listed on the Finalized tab of the Performance Appraisals page. If the appraisal requires upline approval, you must complete the acknowledgment through the inbasket.
