Configuring Icons

Use the Icons form to assign an image to a specific icon.

1. Open the Icons form.
2. To add a new icon, click New or select a blank line from the left grid. To modify an existing icon, select it from the left grid.
3. Specify this information:

   ERP Type

   Select Infor-M3 as ERP type.

   Icon Id

   Specify a unique Icon Id. If you are modifying an existing icon, this field is read only.

   Image

   Assign an image to an icon by selecting an image from the drop-down list. Images are configured in the Images form.

   Icon Label

   Specify a label for the icon.

   Action Type

   Select an action type: Menu or Transaction Profile. Profile or Menu tab will be enabled depending on the selected action type.

4. On the Profile tab, specify these information

   Transaction Name

   Select a transaction name to associate with this icon.

   Profile

   Select a transaction profile to associate with this icon.

5. On the Menu tab, select an icon menu. Icon menus are configured in the Menu Maintenance form.
6. Click Save.
