Locating the Help Files (Installation Paths)

The online help files are all typically installed with your application software as part of the installation process. These are the default installation paths:

• For the Core application help:

  C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AppName\Language\culture\

  where:

  • AppName is the name of your Mongoose-based application.
  • culture is the language-culture code, for example, en-us.
• For the Mongoose utility help:

  C:\inetpub\wwwroot\MG\Language\en-US

You can, if you wish, change these paths, but changing them has consequences. For more information, see the Help Customization guide for your application.
