Operator/Machine Mode

When you log in as an Operator, the application displays:

• The Active Task form (only if active tasks exist for the operator) OR
• The Dispatch List form

The Active Tasks form displays the list of all the tasks that the operator is currently working on. The operator can use this form to:

• Stop an active task using the Stop option.
• View the task details by clicking a task. The task details are displayed in the Task Details form which can also be used to issue material, report quantities and inventory and view the associated documents.

The Dispatch List form displays the assigned tasks that are yet to be initiated by the operator. The operator can use this form to:

• Start a selected task using the Start option
• View the task details by clicking a task. The task details are displayed in the Task Details form which can also be used to issue material.

The Operator can toggle between the Active Tasks form and the Assignment List forms using the Menu option.

The operator can also start an indirect task by using the Indirect Task menu option.
