Opening the Theme Editor

The Theme Editor can be opened in two ways:

• You can access it by means of the Runtime Layout tab in User Preferences, by clicking the Edit button.
  Note: This option is disabled for those with vendor developer editing permissions.
• In Design Mode, you can open it by way of the Edit menu, the Theme option.
