Binding a component to a variable

1. With a form open and in Design Mode, select a component.
2. On the “Component” property sheet, click “Binding”, and then click the ellipsis (...) button.
3. In the “Type” field, select “Variable”.
4. Click “Edit”.
5. In the “Variable” field, select the name of a variable.
6. Click “OK”.
