Copying a form template

To make an exact copy of a form template that you can use as the basis for a new one:

  1. In Design Mode, from the “Form” menu, select “Definition > Copy Template”.
  2. In the “Source Template” field, select the form template that you want to make a copy of.
  3. In the “New Template” field, specify the name for the new form.
  4. Click “OK”.
