CARaS Customer Address Extraction Utility

By default, the system extracts only customer records that were added or changed since the last time you ran this utility. The Last Address Extract field on the EDI Customer Profiles form shows the date and time the utility was last run.

To completely replace the existing CARaS customer data with the current CloudSuite Industrial customer data, select Extract All Customer Addresses. Then, for each CloudSuite Industrial address, this utility creates a delete record and an add record for the CARaS Address file.

You can use the Customer Address Maintenance Report to preview the list of customers that will be extracted when you run this utility.
