Service Parameters Sync Change / Sync Enabled

Each time a synchronization parameter value is changed, you must specify whether Incident fields should overwrite service orders or vice versa. After choosing one of the options, a conversion process runs to synchronize the data. You can cancel the process, thus not affecting data.
