Publication Subscribers
Use this form to add, delete, and manage lists of users who are subscribers to the publications that are defined on the Publications form. Subscribers can also be added automatically by other applications such as portals.
Subscribers receive e-mails or alerts when certain workflow event handlers trigger the creation of a publication. For example, you can set up the Monitored Resources form so that alerts are sent to subscribed users when a Windows service stops. You can also use the Communications Wizard to send promotional e-mails to portal users who have subscribed to promotional publications.
