Maintaining Service Customer Contacts

On the Service Customer Contacts form, you can create and maintain customer contact information.

  1. Specify this information:
    Customer
    Select a customer.
    Ship To
    The Customer Ship To location is displayed.
    Contact Number
    Specify a unique numeric value representing the contact information for a particular Customer and Ship To combination. This number is system-generated to be the next available number.
    Default Contact
    Select this check box to mark a record as the default contact. When creating a new Incident, this record is used as the default customer contact number. If you do not select a default, the first contact for that customer is used..
    Contact Name
    The name of the contact person.
    Phone
    Specify the primary telephone number.
    Phone 2
    Specify a secondary telephone number.
    Fax
    Specify the fax number.
    Email
    Specify the email address.
  2. Save your changes.
