Setting Up Knowledge Base Categories
                        On the Knowledge Base Categories form, set up
                           general categories that can be used to search the knowledge base. You can more specific
                           subcategories within the general categories.
                        
                     
                     
                     For example, you could define these general and specific categories:
General Category: Internal
Specific Category: Sales
Specific Category: Technical
General Category: Bike Parts
Specific Category: Seats
Specific Category: Handlebars
