Deleting a form page component

1. Open the form that contains the form page component you want to delete, and go into Design Mode.
2. In the Form property sheet, select Form Pages.
3. Click the associated ellipsis (...) button.
4. In the Edit Form Pages dialog box, select the name of the form page to delete.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. When prompted to confirm, click OK.
7. In the Edit Form Pages dialog box, click OK.
