Operation Type Code Times
Use this form to maintain setup, finish, and run times, as well as scrap factors. Operations created on the Printing Estimate Workbench form retrieve these values when building a quote from scratch, or from the Quote Templates form.
Use the Optional Matching Criteria fields to refine the matching results. For example, you may specify one rule using only the Resource Group field, then specify additional rules that use increasing values for the Tier Sheet Count quantity. The Item field supports both inventory and non-inventory items.
Use the Setup and Finish tab to specify amounts for Fixed and Variable Hrs, or by using variable Hrs per Original Color or Special Color.
The Run and Scrap tab is used to specify the basis for determining the duration of machine and labor hours for an operation. The run basis is defined using either Hours per Piece or Pieces per Hour for Machine and Labor schedule drivers. Fixed and Variable Material Scrap Factors may be specified to determine scrap factor values at the job material level.
