FMEA Tab

The FMEA tab, on the Items form, displays a summary of each FMEA for the selected item, and allows you to enter this optional information:

• Model year
• Program
• Core Team
• Prepared By
• Origin Date
• Revision Date

The data entered on this tab is informational only, and is not used anywhere else in the system.
