Reviewing Appointment Status History

Each time the status of the appointment is changed, the system creates a record in the Appointment Status History table. You can review the history of all changes to an appointment status, for example, to see when the appointment was scheduled and closed, or if it was ever on hold.

To review appointment status history, drill down to an appointment on the Calendar Scheduling form to display the Service Appointments detail form.

Click History to display the Service Appointment Status History form. Whenever the appointment status code was changed, a snapshot of other information was stored, such as the start date, hours, partner, date of the change, and user.

Click Show Current on Map to show the GPS coordinates for the currently selected row on the Map form.

Click Show Collection on Map to show the GPS coordinates for all records in the grid in a trail on the Map form.

Note: The Map buttons are most useful after the history table is filtered to limit the data being sent.
