Disabling Infor Ming.le for Infor CRM

Use these steps if you have implemented Infor Ming.le for Infor CRM and need to disable it.

You must first disable Infor Ming.le if you need to make any changes to the provisioning information after that information has been added to the VFS Database.

To disable Infor Ming.le

1. Sign in to the Infor CRM Web Host server.
2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Saleslogix and double-click WebProvisionUI.exe.
3. In the Web Provision Type list, select Cloud or OnPrem depending upon your implementation.
   The previously provisioned information displays in the boxes.
4. Check Disable Ming.le Integration.
5. Click Yes to disable Infor Ming.le.
6. Click Execute.
   
7. Close the Web Provisioning tool.

Disabling Infor Ming.le will disable single sign on to Infor CRM through Infor Ming.le. Users will sign in from the Infor CRM sign in page with their Infor CRM credentials. This may be the same password as the Infor Ming.le password if users changed their Infor CRM password to match Infor Ming.le.
