What is the Offline Cache?
The Offline Cache lets you view your dashboards when the app is not connected to the internet. You use the Cache Manager to enable offline cache. The Cache manager handles bot the Online and Offline Cache. For more details, see How do I set up the Offline Cache to browse dashboards offline?
Tip: Not every app or user is enabled for Offline Cache. Contact your Account Administrator if you have any questions.
