Assigning a User to the HTML5 Version of Dashboards

NEW! Try out the new Dashboards 2.0 module. This topic covers the HTML5 version of original Dashboards.

An Account Administrator can assign users to the HTML5 version of the original Dashboards module. See About HTML5 Dashboards.

By default, users are assigned to the standard, Flash version of the original Dashboards module.

To assign a user to the HTML5 version of Dashboards

1. On the Home page, click User Management. The User Management page opens.

If you do not see this button, you are not an Account Administrator and do not have access to this functionality.
2. Click the Search button without entering anything into the Username field to bring up a list of all Infor users or search for the user account to apply the setting to. The Dashboard View column indicates whether the user is assigned to the Flash version or HTML5 version.

Tip: Click a column header (such as Username) to sort on that column.
3. Select one or more usernames (Ctrl-click to make multiple selections), then click Set Dashboard View.
4. Select either Flash or HTML5, then click Continue.

The next time the selected user(s) log in, they will default to the version of Dashboards set here.

Users assigned to the HTML5 version of Dashboards will still be able to access Designer and Admin if they have the privileges to do so.
