Disable or Enable a User

An Account Administrator can disable or enable a user account at any time. A disabled account cannot log into Birst. Unlike a deleted account, a disabled account can be re-enabled at any time.

Disable a User Account

  1. From the Admin 2.0 Home page, click User Management .

  2. Select the user or users. If you have selected multiple users, their names will display on the page.
  3. Click Inactive.

Enable a User Account

  1. From the Admin 2.0 Home page, click User Management .

  2. Select the user or users. If you have selected multiple users, their names will display on the page.

  3. Click Active.
