Available column selection

To assist you with columns selection, you have these views within Query Editor:

Default

Represented by a Folder icon.

The default format defined by the DataLink developer, displays a list of columns that you can select for output. Right-click a column and select Add to favorites to add it to your Favorites view.

Favorites

Represented by a Star icon.

After you save a column to your Favorites list, it will always show when you select the Table to which the column belongs.

Note: Favorites are specific to DataLink codes and tables. If you select a different code or table from that on which your favorites were set, then they will no longer be displayed.

Last used selection

This view shows your recently extracted columns. .

Note: The Last Used selection is specific to DataLink codes and tables. If you select a different code or table from that on which you used last, then they will no longer be displayed. Additionally, these are reset after you log off from a session.

Alphabetical sort

This view enables you to display the Available Column Selection in either A-Z or Z-A order. Default is A-Z.
