Managing attachments

  1. Select Dashboards > Global Settings > Attachments.
  2. To import an attachment:
    1. Click the import icon.
    2. Browse to the file to attach.
      Attachments have the .attachments extension
    3. Select one of these options to specify what to do if an attachment with the same name already exists.
      • Keep existing attachment and import under different name
      • Overwrite existing attachment with that from the import file
      • Do not import
  3. To export an attachment:
    1. Click the export icon.
    2. Select the export mode.

      Attachment links and attachment files are exported.
      Attachment links
      Only attachment links are exported. When imported, the same attachments must exist in the storage at the same locations or the links will not work.
      Each column of the Attachments widget has options to sort and filter attachments and to specify which columns to display. You can filter the list of attachments to display, for example, only attachments of a particular size. To export only the filtered attachments, select the Export filtered attachments only option.
    3. Save the file and click OK.
  4. To replace an attachment, click the replace icon.
  5. To download an attachment, click the download icon.
  6. To delete the attachment file, click the delete icon.
    You can select and delete multiple attachments at one time.
