Changing the password

Settings

If you use Basic authentication to sign in, you can change the password that you use to sign in to web-based Infor BI Dashboards and Infor BI Dashboards on mobile devices.

The Change Password option is not available if you use Windows or IFS authentication, or if you access Infor BI Dashboards through Infor Ming.le.

  1. Select Settings > Change Password.
  2. In the Old Password field, specify your current password.
  3. In the New Password field, specify a new password.
  4. In the Repeat New Password field, specify the new password again.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK to confirm the password change.
