Showing the dashboard title bar and margins

1. Select Dashboard menu > Dashboard Properties > Layout.
2. To show the name of the dashboard as the dashboard title, select Show Dashboard Title Bar.
3. To show the 10 pixel dashboard margins, select Dashboard Margin (10 px).
