Configuring the authentication provider settings

You can edit the authentication provider settings and activate or deactivate authentication providers using the Authentication Provider Settings widget.

  1. Select Dashboards > Global Settings > Repository.
  2. To activate the authentication system, select the check box next to the authentication system in the Authentication Provider Settings widget.
  3. In the Authentication Provider Settings widget, click the Settings icon that corresponds to the authentication system that you want to configure.
    The Authentication Provider Settings window opens.
  4. Specify the required information and click Test Connection.
  5. Click OK.
  6. To deactivate the authentication provider, clear the check box next to the authentication system in the Authentication Provider Settings widget.
    Deactivating the authentication provider discards the corresponding authentication provider settings.
