Assigning or removing Financial Consolidation roles

To assign or remove Consolidation roles, select the permission and select the Assign Consolidation Roles... command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. The Assign Consolidation Roles dialog opens.

In the upper part you see the Consolidation roles, that are not assigned to a permission. The list below contains the assigned roles. Double-click the roles to move them from one list to the other. To assign or remove several roles, select them in the lists (multiple selection with Ctrl) and click Add or Remove.

If you expand the folder Consolidation Roles below a permission, you can remove roles with the Remove command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar.
