Assigning or removing Financial Consolidation permissions

To assign or remove Consolidation permissions, select the role and select the Assign Consolidation Permissions command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. The Assign Consolidation Permissions dialog opens.

In the upper part you see the Consolidation permissions, that are not assigned to the role. The list below contains the assigned permissions. Double-click the permissions to move them from one list to the other. To assign or to remove multiple permissions, select them in the lists (multiple selection with Ctrl) and click Add or Remove.

If you expand the folder Consolidation Permissions below a role, you can remove permissions with the Remove command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar.

Note: You may also assign Consolidation permissions on the Permissions tab.
