Overview of the Financial Consolidation permissions of a user or a group

To open an overview of the effective Consolidation permissions of a user or a group, select the user or the group and select the Effective Permissions command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. This overview may be useful in case a user or a group is part of several groups or has several roles. The overview consists of three tables:

• Assigned and inherited roles of the user/the group: This table shows the roles assigned to the user or the group and which are inherited by the membership in other groups.
• Inherited permissions by role: This table shows the permissions of the user or group that are inherited by a role.
• Effective permissions: This table shows the permissions the user or group actually has. Permissions inherited more than once are listed only once.

To print the overview, or to export it to Microsoft Excel, right-click in the overview and select the Print or Export to Microsoft Excel command.
