Overview of the DataLink Model Permissions of all users and groups

To open an overview of the DataLink model permissions of all users and groups, click Overview of the Permissions on the toolbar. A table shows users and groups and their DataLink model permissions. The overview of the DataLink model permissions contains the users and groups which are shown on the Users and Groups tab. To reduce the number of users and groups, filter the view of the users and groups.

To print the overview, or to export it to Microsoft Excel, right-click in the overview and select the Print or Export to Microsoft Excel command.

Note: You find an overview of the effective DataLink model permissions of one user or group in the Effective Permissions dialog when you select a user or group on the Users and Groups tab and click Effective Permissions.
