Report catalog permissions
In the Report Catalog Permission Management these report catalog permissions are available:
| Report catalog permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Administer Permissions | This permission allows the bearer to administer the report catalog permissions. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles AdministratorRole and MasterRole. |
| Administer Schedules | This permission allows the bearer to edit and delete scheduled tasks on registered report catalogs of all users and to administer the scheduler service in the Scheduler Administration. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole and MasterRole. |
| Browse Folders/Reports | This permission entitles the bearer to browse folders and reports. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole, MasterRole, and ViewRole. |
| Create Schedule | This permission allows the bearer to register report catalogs in the Scheduler Administration and to define scheduled tasks. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole and MasterRole. |
| Delete | This permission allows the bearer to delete the report catalog. Both the report catalog and its subordinate elements must not be checked out by other users. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole and MasterRole. |
| Edit | This permission entitles the bearer to edit the properties of the report catalog, to join users, and to add folders, scripts, POV layouts and POV backgrounds. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole and MasterRole. |
| Edit Scripts | This permission allows the bearer to edit scripts. The permission is assigned to the report catalog roles DesignerRole and MasterRole. |
| View | This permission allows the bearer to open and view the report catalog permission management. The permission is assigned to all report catalog roles. |
