Assigning or removing users and groups

To assign or remove users or groups, select the role and select the Assign Users and Group command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. The Assign Users and Groups dialog opens.

In the upper part you see the users and groups, that are not assigned to the role. The list below contains the assigned users and groups. Double-click the users or groups to move them from one list to the other. To assign or remove multiple users and groups, select them in the lists (multiple selection with Ctrl) and click Add or Remove.

If you expand the folder Users and Groups below a role, you can remove users and groups with the Remove command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar.

Note: You may also assign report catalog roles on the Users and Groups tab.
