Assigning or removing report catalog roles

To assign or remove report catalog roles, select the user or group and select the Assign Report Catalog Roles command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. The Assign Report Catalog Roles dialog opens.

In the upper part you see the report catalog roles, that are not assigned to the user or the group. The list below contains the assigned roles. Double-click the roles to move them from one list to the other. To assign or remove several roles, select them in the lists (multiple selection with Ctrl) and click Add or Remove.

If you expand the folder Report Catalog Roles below a user or a group, you can remove roles with the Remove command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar.

Note: You may also assign report catalog roles on the Roles tab.
