Assigning or removing OLAP roles

To assign or remove OLAP roles, select the user or group and select the Assign OLAP Roles command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar. The Assign OLAP Roles dialog opens.

In the upper part you see the OLAP roles, that are not assigned to the user or the group. The list below contains the assigned roles. Double-click the roles to move them from one list to the other. To assign or remove several roles, select them in the lists (multiple selection with Ctrl) and click Add or Remove.

If you expand the folder OLAP Roles below a user or a group, you can remove roles with the Remove command on the shortcut menu or on the toolbar.

Note: You may also assign OLAP roles on the Roles tab.
