Importing web extensions
To import web extensions in Repository:
- Select the node underneath a project.
- Click on the toolbar. A dialog opens, where you select a web extension package file (file extension .webextension) that must be saved in the project.
- Click . When you open the web extension package, the selected zip file is checked whether it contains all required files. If not, an error is shown and the import is cancelled. When the file passes the check successfully, the Add Web Extension dialog opens. The dialog show the unique name, the name, version, author, the description of the web extensions, and a thumbnail. If the web extensions already exists in the project with the same name and author, a warning is displayed. You can specify a different unique name under which the web extensions are stored in the project.
- To start the import, click . The imported web extensions are displayed in a line of the work space.
