User Management permissions

In the User Management these permissions are available:

User Management permission	Description
Administer Users and Groups	This permission allows to administer users and groups. Entitles the bearer to create, to edit and to delete users, groups and roles, to change the description of the User Management and to edit the validity period of the ticket, to administer the User Management rights and the Global Security Policy and to export, to import and to copy User Management data. The permission is assigned to the User Management role Repository Administrator.
Change Password	This permission allows to change personal passwords. The permission is assigned to the User Management role Change Password.
