Step 5 - Data Transfer
Here, you configure the data transfer from the source database to the reference database. See Concepts. This is important, because only those business data (fact data) are transferred to the Infor BI OLAP Server database that are contained in the reference database. Dimension elements and structures will also be created, when the reference database is empty. You may change all settings in the properties dialog of the business group.
Select the check box Load data, when the database is recreated to load all data of all business entities, before the Infor BI OLAP Server database is created the next time. If all data are loaded into the reference database, those data are also loaded that are not assigned to anyInfor BI OLAP Server dimension. When creating the database with the command , the check box is automatically cleared.
In the table you specify, the data that is always loaded into the reference database before the Infor BI OLAP Server database is created. For each business unit you select the periods for which data are loaded.
The table contains these columns:

You cannot specify for which periods the exchange rates are loaded. The exchange rates of all periods are loaded. |

In the Periods column you specify, for which periods the business data (fact data) are loaded. You can specify that the data is loaded incrementally. Select Incremental Load from the drop-down list in the Filter column. |
