Using Save As and Save a Copy options

The Save a Copy option copies a dashboard but keeps the original open. The Save As option opens a new copy of the dashboard and closes the original.

To use Save As, or Save a Copy:

  1. Open the dashboard to copy.
  2. On the toolbar, select either Save As or Save a Copy option.
    The Save Dashboard dialog is displayed.
  3. Browse to the folder in which to save the copy.
    Or click Create new folder to create a folder.
  4. Select an existing dashboard to replace it or specify a new dashboard name and, optionally, a description.
  5. Click OK.
