Formatting report headings

  1. Select cells D9 to M9.
  2. Right-click the cells and select Format cells. Click the Pattern tab and, in the Primary Color section, select a dark background. Select white in the Hatch color section.
  3. Click the Font tab and select a light-colored font.
  4. Click the Alignment tab. Click Bottom in the vertical section and Right in the Horizontal section, and click OK.
  5. Right-click C9 and select Format cells. On the Pattern tab, specify a color in the Primary color section.
  6. Select cells A1 to M1. Right-click the selection and select Format cells. Click the Border tab and specify a bottom border.
  7. Select cells A4 to M4 and specify a bottom border.
  8. Right-click C9 and select Format Cells.
  9. On the Number Format tab, select User-defined as the Category.
  10. In the User-defined format instruction field specify: [graphic standard_arrow_down] and click OK.
  11. In C9, specify a number from 0-9.
  12. Click outside C9.
    A KPI image is displayed in C9.
