Inserting background images

You can use a shared image as a cell background.

To insert a background image:

Right-click the cell in which to insert the background image and select Format Cells .
Click the Image tab and select an image from the Shared Images list.
Specify the vertical and horizontal alignment of the image within the cell.
Select one of these options from the Size list:
- Keep Size. The image keeps its original size. If it is bigger than the size of the cell, it is only partially displayed.
- Fill. The ration of height to width is adjusted to fit the image to the cell. This may distort the image.
- Fit. The image is sized so that it fits the cell without being cropped or distorted.
- Crop. The image fits the cell and the ratio of height to width is maintained. If the image is too big for the cell, it is cropped.
