Report thumbnails

For reports which might be viewed in Infor Business Intelligence Dashboards or in Infor BI Dashboards, you can specify a thumbnail image to be displayed next to the report name in the Report Browser.

To specify a report thumbnail.

Select Format > Thumbnail.
The Thumbnail dialog box is displayed.
Select the required image from the Image list.
The images are stored in the Shared Images node of the Project in Infor BI Repository Administration. Click Refresh to retrieve the current list of images in the Repository.

Note: Use 36 per 36 px images for best appearance of report thumbnails. If you use other sizes, the thumbnails are scaled and this may result in loss of image quality.
Click OK.

You can also access the Thumbnail dialog from the browse button in the Thumbnail field of the report properties.
