Specifying role-specific log on settings

You can specify different database alias log in settings for each user and role in Application Studio:

  1. Select Start > All Programs > Infor Business Intelligence > Repository Administration.
  2. Expand Repository Registrations.
  3. Right-click the repository registration which contains the database alias for which to specify individual log in settings.
  4. Select Connect.
  5. Expand Projects.
  6. Expand the project which contains the database alias.
  7. Expand Report Catalogs.
  8. Expand the report catalog which contains the database alias.
  9. Select Database Aliases.
  10. Select a user or role.
  11. Change the settings by clearing and selecting the required check boxes.
  12. Click Save to save each role or user which you edit.
