Adding a temperature at the facility level

  1. Select a facility from the Facility field.
  2. Select Interfaced Data > Temperature. The YMS Temperature Inbound page is displayed.
  3. Click New to access the Temperature tab.
  4. Specify this information on the Temperature tab:
    Equipment ID
    The code of the equipment for which the temperature is recorded.
    Transaction ID
    The ID of the transaction. This field is optional. You can leave this field blank for a unique identifier, to relate this record to the scanning device recording the temperature.
    Temperature
    The temperature that is recorded by an external scanning device.
    Processed
    If the recorded temperature results in an update to the equipment, the record is marked as processed. Possible values:
    • Yes: Indicates that the individual equipment is processed, and a success message is displayed in the Result field.
    • No: Indicates that the individual equipment is yet to be processed.
    • Error: Indicates the reason the temperature is not applied.
    Result
    The log of the system generated message from processing the record.
    Created By
    The username of the user who created the record for the equipment.
    Created Date
    The date and time when the record is created for the equipment.
    Last Modified By
    The username of the user who last modified the record.
    Last Modified Date
    The date and time when the record is modified.
  5. Click Save. The record is created.
    Note: 
    • You can modify the data if the Processed field is set to a value other than Yes.
    • You can also select an existing record and use these options on this page:
      • Delete: Allows you to delete a record.
      • Duplicate: Allows you to create a copy of the existing record.
