Adding a new driver question
You can create questions on this page to be answered by the driver.
- Select Facility > Enterprise.
- Select Configuration > Driver questionto open the YMS Driver Question Configuration page.
- Click New to create a new question.
- Specify this information:
- Facility
- Specify a facility.
- Sequence
- Specify the sequence in which this question is shown.
- Question
- Specify the question to ask the driver.
- Must Ask
- Select Yes to indicate that the driver will be asked this question when the driver completes the questionnaire. Otherwise, select No.
- Default Answer
- Specify a default answer for this field. The driver can overwrite it.
- Ask Every Time
- Select Yes to indicate that this question is to be asked every time the driver completes the questionnaire. Otherwise, select No.
- Click Save.
