Tasks

YMS includes these types of tasks:

• Status change
• Inspection
• Move

The YMS Facility Task page shows all canceled, completed, in process, and available tasks for the selected facility. Each task shows this information:

• Facility ID
• Task type
• Status
• Equipment ID
• Equipment flow
• Priority
• Create date
• Cancel date
• Completion date

Other task fields are shown, depending on the type of task.

You can use the YMS Facility Task page to create, cancel, and complete tasks. A timer for auto completion can be set for Move tasks. This page shows the inspection tasks that exist along with any status change tasks that are generated.
