Viewing a transaction history log

  1. Select a facility from the Facility field.
  2. Select Administration > Transaction History to open the YMS Transaction Log page.
  3. Click Filter in place.

    To display all transaction history, click Filter in Place again and skip the rest of the steps.

  4. Select an object, action, and action modifier. You are not required to select values for all three fields. The more options that you select, the more detailed the results are for the transaction history. This table shows valid transaction combinations for viewing a transaction history log.

  5. Click Filter in place.
