Adding a new additional equipment inventory at the enterprise level

  1. Select Facility > Enterprise.
  2. Select Multi-Facility Inventory > Additional Equipment Inventory to open the YMS Additional Equipment page.
  3. Click New to access the Additional Equipment Inventory detail view.
  4. Specify this information on the Additional Equipment tab:
    Specify the facility to which the additional equipment belongs.
    Additional Equipment ID
    Specify a short description of the additional equipment.
    Additional Equipment Flow
    Select the equipment type to which the additional equipment belongs.
    Equipment Type
    Select the load types of the specific additional equipment flow.
    Select the RFID tag if the additional equipment is so equipped.
    Linked to Equipment ID
    Specify the equipment ID when the additional equipment is attached to inbound equipment.
    Equipment Status
    Specify the status of the equipment.
    Select Yes if the additional equipment is owned by the company or facility. Otherwise, select No.
  5. Click Save.
