Creating a task aging

  1. Select Configuration > Task Priority/Aging.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Task Type
    Select the type of task. These values are valid:
    • Inspection
    • Move
    • StatusChange
    Zone
    Select the zone of the equipment for all tasks.
    Zone Type
    Select the type of zone. This field only applies to the Move task. These values are valid:
    • Source: If selected, the priority is set when the move task has the given From zone.
    • Destination: If selected, the priority is set when the move task has the given To zone.
    Default Priority
    Specify the priority that indicates the priority that should be given to the task from or at this zone.. Values range from 1 to 999. For example, a user may want inspections at the gate and door to be higher priority from inspections at a clean-out location.
    Priority Decrement
    Specify the priority that indicates how much to decrement from the priority every time the task is aged. Values range from 1 to 999.
    Aging interval
    Optionally, specify the interval, in seconds, for aging tasks. Values range from 600 to 86,400 seconds. For example, does the task increase in priority every 10 minutes or only 1 time per day at the same rate in-between, like every hour, 3600 seconds.
  4. Click Save.
