Checkout Paperwork Configuration
The YMS Checkout Paperwork Configuration page can be used define the documentation that can be printed based on the Equipment Flow, at the Gate Checkout, prior to the driver and equipment departure from the facility. At checkout, the equipment must be allowed to leave only when all the documentation required for transportation is in hand.
The required documentation must be generated from the WMS application based on the equipment that has been loaded. If the equipment arrives at the Gate Checkout without paperwork, the user must be prompted the paperwork that must be printed for the equipment.
Note: The paperwork cannot be generated from YMS because the WMS
information such as the inventory, loading sequence and hazardous indicators does not exist in
YMS. However, in YMS, you can send the document print request to WMS.
