Adding a new group role at the enterprise level

  1. Select Facility > Enterprise.
  2. Select Administration > Group Roles to open the YMS Enterprise Group Roles.
  3. Specify this information:
    Group Name
    Specified the user defined group name.
    Group Description
    Specify the user defined group description.
  4. Click Save.

    After you save the group role, set up the group authorizations for the group role.
