Relocating equipment inventory records

Use this option to generate and validate a move of the equipment from one location to another.

  1. Select a record from the YMS Equipment Inventory page.
  2. Click Relocate.
  3. Specify this information on the Create Equipment Move Task page:
    To Location Name
    Select the name of the To location.
    Priority
    Specify a number from 1 to 999 for the priority of the generated task.
    Auto Complete
    Select this check box to automatically complete the move task
    Auto-Complete In
    Specify the time-period in seconds for the move. The move task is automatically completed when the time-period has elapsed.
  4. Click OK.
